Vice President of Product Management

A unique automotive startup company, developing a software-based product for control and remote assistance in autonomous vehicles, has recently been selected as a global leader in its field.

The position entails senior product management, part of the management team, reporting to the CEO. Managing one product manager whose emphasis is on inbound, as VP, the role will incorporate both inbound and outbound, requiring work with technical American clients and R&D teams.

Recently completed a $14.5 million Series A funding round, founded in 2018, with approximately 35 employees. The company is located in Tel Aviv, a 10-minute walk from the train station.

Requirements

• 6 years of B2B product management experience in a successful software company

• 4 years of experience managing a team of product managers.

• A professional software engineer or similar background is highly preferred, with an MSc or BSc in computer science or electrical engineering being a plus.

• Technical experience from one or more of the following domains : Video Streaming, Cybersecurity, Enterprise IT, Cellular Networks, Embedded Applications, Robotics, or Automotive Applications.

• Previous and successful experience managing or contributing to RFI and RFP responses.

• A strong understanding of the modern software development lifecycle.

• Fluent proficiency in English.

• Strong communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to create clarity and drive focus in complex and dynamic contexts.

• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.

• Willingness to travel internationally at least once every quarter.
