Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Our Talent Acquisition as a Service team is looking for someone with the tenacity to help us continue to grow and hire the best candidates for one of our major clients. The right person will be comfortable in a “take initiative” environment, loves solving people's problems and can thrive in a fast and growing environment. This role is all about bringing on the best talents, maintaining our client's culture as it grows, and running an efficient process to keep it moving.

What you'll do:

• Create an exceptional experience for all candidates throughout the interview process;
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters, to support the Hiring Process;
• Schedule and coordinate with candidate for both video & in-person interviews;
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency;
• Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed;
• Guarantee the correct usage and data input in our client's recruiting system, and be a reference for it!

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or a similar position
• Experience with an Applicant Tracker system (ATS) such as Greenhouse is a plus;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Super customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment;
• Experience working with global offices and teams;
