Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a VIP & CRM Account Manager at Play Perfect. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with high-value players and VIP customers. You will also be responsible for implementing and overseeing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies, analyzing player data, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve player experiences. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
