Position Overview: BeWeld Medical Company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage our manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a focus on medical device manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

1. Operations Leadership: Manage every aspect of the company manufacturing effort ensuring the efficient and effective production of medical implants.
2. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Supply Chain Management: Work closely with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and ensure a seamless flow of materials for production.
4. Regulatory Compliance: ensuring that the manufacturing processes comply with all relevant guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering or related discipline).
2. 8+ years of proven experience in operations management, with a focus on medical device manufacturing.
3. Experience in heart valve assembly processes in clean room environment  is a significant advantage.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory requirements in the medical device industry.
6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
