Java Backend Developer

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to be part of our core technology team.

This position is full-time, hybrid, in our offices in Herzliya.

Requirements

You must have the following:

3-5 years of hands on as a Java backend developer
Strong knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries
Strong knowledge in Spring/Spring-boot framework and AOP
Familiarity with database management systems.
Mastering concurrent and multithreaded parallel programming
Strong technical and problem solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering

It’s an advantage that you have the following:

Experience with Big Data Engine like Apache Spark, streams engines like Kafka and NoSQL data (Cassandra, MongoDB, Elastic) is a big advantage
Knowledge in fields of Java Memory Model and Java multithreading
Knowledge in SQL parsers and SQL query optimization
Knowledge in In-memory distributed solutions, such as: Redis, Apache Ignite or hazelcast
Knowledge in Kubernetes and Linux containers
