Marketing Account Manager

We're looking for a Marketing Account Manager to join our marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• The primary point of contact for clients to ensure a smooth flow of information and objectives.
• Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with our clients based on trust and transparency.
• An in-depth understanding of the client's business and needs.
• Manage incoming briefs and assignments from clients and relay them forward to the creative and media teams.
• Analyzing and monitoring performance for short and long-term action items with a deep understanding of ROI.
• Providing clients with marketing insights and project management information.
• Identify opportunities and challenges faced by clients and develop innovative solutions.
• Participating in the preparation of strategy and concept presentations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of account management or a similar role in the digital marketing field - Mandatory.
• Highly independent, fast learner, efficient, meticulous eye for details, and results-oriented.
• Extraordinary written and verbal customer-focused communication skills.
• Strong marketing analytical ability and business KPIs-oriented.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• High motivation and willingness to work as a team member.
• Fluent in English & Hebrew.
