Technical Project Manager

We're seeking a Technical Project Manager with QA expertise, who combines strong project leadership with a deep understanding of quality assurance. The ideal candidate is agile, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional gaming experiences, ready to drive our innovative projects to new heights of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Technical Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. This includes managing project schedules, resources, and stakeholders.

• Quality Assurance Focus: Incorporate QA processes into the project lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of game development meet stringent quality benchmarks. Work closely with QA teams to define test strategies, plan testing phases, and ensure thorough testing coverage across all stages of development.

• Jira and QA Tools Administration: Administer Jira and other QA tools to support efficient project and test management. Customize tools to fit the project's needs, facilitating seamless tracking of bugs, test cases, and project progress.

• Agile and QA Methodologies: Coach teams on both Agile principles and QA best practices, ensuring that Agile methodologies are effectively integrated with QA processes. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and adapt processes to enhance quality and efficiency.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams, QA personnel, stakeholders, and product managers, fostering communication and ensuring alignment on project goals and quality objectives.

• Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to continuously improve development and QA processes, tools, and methodologies, aiming for higher efficiency, better quality, and faster delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
• Excellent communication skills
• Expert in JIRA, with proven experience of creating projects from scratch and managing multiple teams
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Familiar with Scrum methodologies
• Hands on experience in QA and testing
• Gaming industry experience - BIG Plus
