Working Relations 

• Cross-Organizational - All the departments in the Shipmanagement. 
• External suppliers, Charterers etc. 

What you’ll do?

• Budget control - working with the head of Depts. on their budget plan, analyzing gaps and needs and conducting ongoing monitoring. 
• Crew dept.-

1. Review and approval of monthly payrolls for foreign crew.  
2. Review and approval of monthly payrolls for Israeli crew.  
3. Quarterly cost analysis and reports.  
4. Point of contact for Israeli CBA.  
5. PSF and Seniority analysis. 

• XT India, XT Romania, and XT Greece-

1. Review and monitor monthly costs. 
2. Point of contact for taxation, transfer price etc.  
3. Responsible for monitoring the office’s cash flow.  
4. Review and monitor annual/finance reporting.  

• Dry dock budget and cost control.
• Ad-Hoc projects as defined by the Shipping Director.  
• G&A analysis. 
• Supporting the department managers with cost analysis projects.  
• Liaising between the IT dept. and the various departments with respect to the ERP implementation process. 
• Support the ERP implementation plan.  
• Supply chain improvement initiatives. 
• Preparing and sharing monthly reports. 
• Industry benchmarks analysis including BCG report.  
• Review and monitor of charterers’ accounts.
• Scrubber cost and income control. 

What you’ll need?

• A BSc. in Industrial engineering
• Experience/Excellent knowledge in Excel  
• Fluent in English – writing, reading, and speaking. 
• MBA will be considered as an advantage.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organization skills.
• Maritime background-an advantage.
• An ability to work in a multicultural environment.
