The role consists of

In-depth knowledge and control of core organizational processes such as billing and collection and customer management, etc.

Defining new processes in a new architecture

Defining business and technological interfaces

Concentration of user requirements (including working with senior managers and key users)

Writing characterization documents and programming files.

Working with the system's customers - help in characterizing the customer's needs, help in defining the customer's requirements, defining the systemic solution and characterizing the required changes in the information systems.

Requirements:

Academic education - in the field of computer science / computer engineering / industrial engineering and management specializing in information systems - mandatory

3 years of experience in analyzing complex systems and multiple interfaces - mandatory

3 years of experience in writing functional specifications in complex and integrative cross-system projects - mandatory

Background in software development - mandatory

Familiarity with the COBOL language for reading code and writing characterization - mandatory (the position requires reading code and entering existing programs)

Experience working in information systems in the AS400 environment.
