Experienced Product UX/UI Designer

What will you do:

• Lead the creation of stunning UX/UI interfaces that captivate users across mobile and desktop.
• Apply strategic thinking to optimize user journeys and achieve business objectives.
• Translate user needs and research findings into wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
• Continuously iterate and refine UX processes through user testing, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing specialists.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
• Proactively identify and implement innovative design solutions.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience designing complex UX/UI solutions for B2C/B2B mobile and web platforms.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for customer-facing products.
• Expertise in UX methodologies, including ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience leading and managing large-scale UX design projects from concept to launch.
• Proficiency in user-centered design principles and best practices across mobile and web platforms.
• Mastery of industry-standard design tools (Figma mandatory); proficiency in additional tools like After Effects is considered a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and impact.
