Senior Software Development Engineer

What You'll Do

This position is for Mabaya, a SaaS start-up part of Criteo that develops technologies enabling online retailers to monetize their traffic.

We are seeking a talented Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team.

As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the core backend systems that power our advertising technology platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and data scientists, to create innovative solutions that drive the success of our business.

Who You Are

• Java with Spring Boot (3+ years).
• Relational databases such as MySQL.
• Experience with distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with AWS.
• Passion for coding, Keen eye for detail, ability to drive changes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of message queues and stream processing frameworks.
• Deep understanding of the Java language, its APIs, its performance considerations and internals.
• Eagerness for solid development practices: TDD, CI, CD, etc
• Python
• Hands-on experience with node.js
