Associate, Corporate, 2+ years' experience

Kennedys is looking for an Associate to work on corporate commercial matters. The role involves advising local Israeli as well as non-Israeli clients in the insurance and finance industry. Legal work is of a wide and business oriented nature, such as drafting commercial agreements, conducting legal search, researching legal matters, overseeing legal disputes, advising on the appropriate course and if advisable settlements, reviewing relevant regulations and advising on their implementations.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow, learn and develop to be well knowledgeable corporate commercial lawyer in the fields of insurance and finance.

Team

Kennedys' commercial team consists of specialist lawyers who advise on a wide range of commercial services covers a broad spectrum including corporate, employment, property, construction, insolvency, international litigation and arbitration. We support our clients with commercial contracts, data protection, cyber-security, IP/IT, e-commerce, procurement, state aid and competition.

Our Israel practice consists of a team of skilled, multilingual lawyers (including Hebrew speakers and Israeliqualified lawyers) who understand and have experience of Israeli business and culture. We aim to give rapid and practical legal advice tailored to your needs. We provide our London and international insurer clients with insurance and reinsurance coverage advice as well as monitoring, claims administration, management and coordination services relating to Israeli risks.

Required Experience

• 2+ years' qualified with the relevant experience*
• Prior knowledge in the finance and insurance industry(including Fintech and Insurtech) is a major advantage
• Must have English as a first language or be as proficient in this language.
