Treasury Manager

Papaya is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of users across multiple apps. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. We are looking for a sharp and passionate Treasury Manager to join our top-notch finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Management and oversight of the company cash requirements, including daily liquidity, funding, excess funds investments and planning.
• Managing Cash Flow: budget, actual, forecast and monitor and analyze performance.
• Prepare monthly Free Cash Flow analysis, analyze and explain budget/forecast deviations and trends.
• Support management with global FX risks and exposure while maintaining coverage strategy, hedging derivatives, reporting and disclosure requirements.
• Prepare Investment Policy.
• Optimize investment portfolio of the company in marketable securities and bank deposits.
• Ensure accurate and timely treasury reporting to senior management.
• Foster and develop relationships with global and local banks, financial institutions and other payment service providers, including building optimal bank account structure, bank fees management, and ensuring proper controls and procedures are in place.
• Ensure compliance with various regulation requirements (i.e., SOX, documentation), internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Work closely with AP/AR/Revenue teams to maintain reliable cash positions and fulfill cash needs.
• Taking key roles in financing activities, credit lines etc. per requirement.
• Support treasury related disclosures to be included in financial statements, ensure effectiveness of controls.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Treasury management and operations.
• Proven management experience of hundreds $m investment portfolio.
• Working experience with local and global financial institutions.
• Independent, strong analytical, problem solving and attention to details skills.
• Familiarity with Treasury systems and web-based banking systems, including implementation of systems and processes.
• Excellent communicational (both verbal and written) skills- both English and Hebrew.
• The ability to prioritize multiple priorities, time management skills and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build critical stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
