Senior product designer (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Duda is in search of an exceptional Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our design guild in Israel as a temporary replacement during maternity leave. This presents a unique opportunity to become part of a successful team of professionals and engage with cutting-edge technologies. As a Product Designer, you will contribute to the development of our next-generation website-building platform, widely utilized by web professionals and agencies globally.

This role is for at least 6-month duration with the potential for transitioning into a permanent position.

Duda works in a hybrid model- 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (can be flexible if needed)

Position is open for Freelance designers as well.

What You’ll do

• Play a significant role in defining, building, and launching beautiful, simple, innovative, and impactful solutions for our users.
• Own the design process from initial concept to pixel-perfect design. This includes research, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and UI design.
• Identify UX optimizations based on data and feedback, conduct user research and testing, and ensure a cohesive user journey.
• Contribute to the company’s OKRs, strategy, and vision by closely collaborating with product managers, engineers, copywriters, fellow designers, and other stakeholders.
• Play a role in shaping guild strategy, initiatives and functions such as the company's Design System, methodologies, culture, and education.
• Provide inspiration,and feedback to fellow designers on their projects and professional development.
  
  

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping products and working within an agile product team.
• Demonstrates pixel-perfect attention to detail and a talent for design solutions.
• Has hands-on experience in the UX design process, covering research, ideation, testing, visual design, and prototyping.
• Exhibits strong teamwork and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A storyteller capable of developing and distilling concepts while brainstorming ideas.
• Stays up-to-date on visual and UX trends, consistently advancing their skills.
• Balances business goals with user needs effectively in every step of the design process.
• Approaches problem-solving from a human-centered perspective, understanding people's needs, motivations, and behaviors to drive impactful results.
• Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
• Has experience in building and maintaining design systems (an advantage).
