Role Description

This is a full-time As freelance, on-site role for a Real Estate Broker at SQM located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for conducting property rental, overseeing real estate transactions, maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves networking to expand the client base and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Brokerage, Real Estate, and Real Property
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in sales and negotiation
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is required, additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
• Real Estate Broker License is preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Willingness to work as a freelance
