Junior Outbound Sales

Cover is building a next-gen personal insurance and finance platform to help people gain transparency and take control over their funds.

We’re looking for a talented Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing Sales team.

In this role you will:

• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting through various channels such, social media, emails and other relevant platforms
• Generate high-quality sales leads by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products or services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and lead status in the CRM system
• Conduct initial qualification of leads to ensure they meet predefined criteria and have a genuine interest in our offerings
• Work closely with the sales team to seamlessly transition qualified leads and provide comprehensive background information

Your qualifications should be:

• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a related role- A plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
