Studio Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creative vision and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. As a key member of our team, the Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with photographers, editors, 3D artists, and other creatives to produce compelling visual content that reflects the ethos and identity of Eden Gallery.

Responsibilities:

●     Manage a team composed of 3 graphic designers, 3 photographers & editors and a 3D artists

●     Passion for print design, ability to work with both local and global suppliers, understanding of printing systems

and materials

●     Ability to organize and manage complex tasks and coordinate it with the graphic team

●     Develop and execute innovative design concepts for various projects, including exhibition materials, promotional

materials, digital assets, and more.

●     Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet and

exceed expectations.

●     Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

●     Full ownership over the day-to-day operation of the Studio and Project Management processes and tools, in

collaboration (dotted report) with the Marketing Ops Director.

●     Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on

time.

●     Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of our

designs.

Requirements:

●     Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

●     Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment.

●     Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

●     Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

●     Passion for print design, ability to work with both local and global suppliers, understanding of printing systems

and materials

●     Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions across various mediums.

●     Management experience and experience in leading projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders of at

least 3 years

●     Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and concepts.

●     A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and demonstrating a high level of creativity and

proficiency.
