Key responsibilities:
- Perform Anti Bribery monitoring e.g., Donations, Expense Report, Third Party Anti-Bribery
- Support Compliance Training & Awareness Activities
- Monitoring Fraud & Embezzlements
- Operation of the Compliance System (user management, reports, monitoring, etc
- Operation of the ISOX system (user management, reports, monitoring, etc.)
- Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) Controls
- ISOX Controls and Testing: follow-up and execution
- Monitoring System Control Reports
- Support ISOX Scoping process and Guideline
- Preparation of Control Effectiveness Declaration and Inventory Count
- Monitoring Business Continuity Risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Accounting/Law/Economy or any relevant degree
- 1-2 years of experience as a Compliance Associate / ISOX (an advantage)
- High level of professional language
- General understanding of compliance and SOX framework
- Practical knowledge and experience in the IT area- an advantage
- Proactive, a team player and data analysis driven
