The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) is an internationally recognized exchange and a member of various financial governing bodies. As a fully automated exchange, TASE provides a range of securities products, including shares, bonds, index-tracking products, and derivatives. TASE operates under the supervision of the Israel Securities Authority and offers clearing, settlement, and depository services.

The Role Includes:

• Design, development and support for the proper ongoing function of the trading systems in the Stock Exchange.
• Writing design documents, procedures and test summaries as necessary, in Hebrew and in English.
• Planning and defining QA tests for the relevant systems, including the planning of functionality testing, load testing and performance testing.
• Ongoing work with the various Stock Exchange teams with regards to the aforementioned systems, including definition of requirements, tracking completion of tasks, handling malfunctions and more.
• Providing an immediate solution to problems in the aforementioned systems and handling customer requests in real time.

Experience, Skills and Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer sciences and/or a graduate of an elite technological IDF unit.
• 5 years of experience in development of C and C++ in a Linux environment.
• Proven experience in Object Oriented Design & Development and Design Patterns.
• Expertise and experience in real-time, multi-threading, and high performance development (latency, throughput) in a Linux environment.
• Experience in development with JAVA. - an advantage.
• Experience in writing scripts in Python and Bash.
• Knowledge of Linux Internals. - an advantage.
• Experience in development with Boost. - an advantage.
• Experience in communications development - TCP, UDP & Multicast - an advantage.
• Familiarity with financial and banking systems - an advantage.
• Good human relations, a service-minded approach and proven ability to maintain effective working relationships with external/internal organizational parties..
• The ability to learn independently and multitasking while meeting timetables and professional prioritization.
• A willingness and ability to perform intensive work beyond regular business hours.
