CSIRT Product Owner / Engineer

Join our Software and Advanced Technology Group as an Information Security Professional.

This role identifies, develops, plans, implements, and supports enterprise security systems using Agile methodologies and DevOps principles to enable Intel's global security posture.

The CSIRT Product Owner/Engineer position will be responsible for leading a DevOps team in the successful delivery and support of information security capabilities that support our Incident Response teams and Intel's Enterprise Security Controls.

This role will work closely with Information Security Architecture and our global CSIRT Product Management team to drive strategy, establish security objectives, maintain product backlog, engage with vendors for existing and new product evaluations, partner on roadmap development, assist with financial budgeting and planning, and monitor, track and manage product and program risks. A key responsibility in this the position is to work across geographies and to ensure clear direction is being provided to the team using flexible Agile methods to adjust to priority changes. The scope of capabilities supported could range from Endpoint Threat prevention, Data Loss Prevention, Data and Analytics, Security Automation, and/or Infrastructure Security and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering or computer science, Information Systems or any other science/engineering related field and

8+ years of experience in a similar role

Experience with at least one of the following information security domains:

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
