Assistant Controller

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated, professional, paying attention to details and most important thing, a team player.

What Will You Do

• Manage subsidiaries month-end closing and reporting processes

• Monitor subsidiaries bookkeeping / accounting and support the day to-day finance operations

• Work directly with external audit teams during quarterly and year-end audits to ensure financial information is properly reported

• Compliance with local law in the relevant jurisdictions including preparation of annual statutory financial statements, tax returns and other reports

• Provide on-going support on NetSuite

• Transfer pricing quarterly and yearly calculations

Requirements

• CPA with accounting firm experience with up to 3 years experience - a must (inducing internship)

• IFRS knowledge – a must

• Former experience with NetSuite - advantage

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – a must

• Strong analytical skills, accounting, problem-solving

• Requires enthusiasm, team communications, service- oriented, hard work and follow‐through

• Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking, prioritizing

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills – a must
