Mechanical Engineer-Medical Device

Job Description\Responsibilities:

• Perform and fulfill mechanical design activities (Miniature design, Design for production,Opto-mechanical design).
• Evaluate the outcomes of the designand provide feedback as needed.
• Identify the mechanical improvements in the product and define the mechanical design roadmap ofthe product.
• Design and implement device improvements & modifications, test equipment, and manufacturing jigs.
• Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and engineering reports.

Required Skills:

B.Sc. in Mechanical engineering

5 years’ experience as an R&D mechanical engineer in the fields of fine mechanics – MUST.

Independent & responsible person with strong execution, communication & interpersonal skills.

Experience with Opto-Mechanical design – Highly advantageous.

Managing

mechanical design sub-contractors- An advantage.

Experience in the medical device industry – An advantage.
