Accounts Manager and Payroll Accountant

Position- Accounts Manager and Payroll Accountant

• Manage accounts up to balance
• Receipt of supplier invoices, verification against supporting documents
• Monitoring and control of supplier payments
• Ongoing communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Preparation of employee payroll (approximately 15 employees), including deductions, expenses, and related reports
• Reporting to authorities
• Import and export files, fixed assets
• Preparation of VAT, income tax, and national insurance reports

Requirements:

• Certified type 3 accountant
• Certified payroll accountant
• Minimum of 4 years of experience
• Proficiency and proven experience with Priority software
• Proficiency and experience with Excel
• Proficiency and experience with Michpal software
