Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Managing documentation for credit card use in the company.
• Perform all activities related to accounts payable, including processing vendor invoices, new vendor creation, managing payments, reconciliation, and responding to inquiries.
• Perform all activities related to accounts receivable, including processing AR invoices, aging, and collection.
• Managing accruals and prepaid expenses monthly.
• Manage fixed assets depreciation and reports.
• Monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes.
• Prepare and submit Tax Authorities reports.
• Process travel and expenses reports.
• Other ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper - type 3.
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in Priority- a must.
• Experience in a Hi-Tech company – an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Able to work independently, follow tasks through to completion, and meet commitments, proactively seeking guidance as necessary.
• Team player with a proactive approach.
• Open-minded, well organized with high attention to details.
• English and Hebrew at an advanced level (both spoken and written).
