Collection Specialist - Temporary Position

We are looking for an eager, self motivated and service oriented professional to take part in Lusha’s payment collection process. The main focus of this role will be managing the phone call to customers stage of the collection process for customers who are late on payments.

The position is temporary and part-time. The role is expected to last between 1-3 months and the employee will be required to work roughly two days a week. (A student may fit the nature of this position).

What You Will Do

• Communicate with the company's enterprise customers (mostly by phone calls)
• Support additional steps in the collection process
• Support our internal collection specialists for ad-hoc needs
  
  

Requirements:

What do you bring to the table?

• You are a native English speaker
• You have experience in a collection or billing position (an advantage)
• You have a high level of service orientation (including sales experience such as BDR/SDR or other customer facing experience)
