CRM (customer relationship management) department enables a business to manage its relationships with customers, service users, colleagues, partners and suppliers using Salesforce CRM platform.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd tier support for any issues and bugs that are reported on the Salesforce platform
• Support multiple customizations, responsible for evaluating, customizing, implementing and testing. Translate business requirements into highly scalable and sustainable working business and technical solution
  
  

• Engineering/Computer science/Information systems student – at least 2 years
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• High technical and technological capabilities, attention to details and accuracy
• Problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team player and highly motivated
• Strong self-learning abilities.
• Good analytical skills.
• Expected employment – at least 3 full days a week
  
  

• A good understanding of CRM Sales and Service functionality
• Salesforce administration experience
• Salesforce admin certification
