Legal Counsel

Collplant Biotechnologies is developing technologies in the fields of regenerative medicine, 3D bioprinting of tissues and organs, and medical aesthetics. We are looking for a Legal Counsel, to join our site in Rehovot.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the Legal Counsel will play a key role in providing legal guidance and support to various departments within the company, including corporate and commercial issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory: Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to management and various departments on a wide range of legal-commercial issues.

• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including research and development agreements, collaboration agreements, and supply agreements.

• Capital Market Filings: Assist in the preparation and review of capital market filings, including periodic reports, proxy statements, and other securities filings required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

• Corporate Governance: Assist in corporate governance matters, including preparing board and committee materials, managing corporate filings and registrations, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance principles and regulations.

Education and experience requirements

• An Israeli licensed lawyer with 3+ years experience in a hi-tech, M&A, capital markets, or commercial department at a leading law firm.

• LL. B. from a reputable university

• Highly motivated, with excellent attention to detail.

• A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions to challenging legal and commercial issues.

• Team player.
