Role Description

We are seeking a Director of the start-up division with expertise in securing Audiovisual (AV) solutions to lead the development of our AV security business unit.

Objectives:

To lead the array of solutions and products from development to implementation

To ensure profitability, efficiency and growth while bringing value to shareholders and customers

Adherence to the strategy and budget approved by the board of directors

role is full-time, on-site and located in Yokneam Ilit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in AV solutions development, preferably in cybersecurity and AV network infrastructure.
• Experience in leading and managing R&D teams or experience as a CTO.
• Successful track record in delivering complex AV security solutions to enterprise customers.
• Excellent project management skills, including product management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information, data, and analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions while considering business needs, market trends, and technology advancements.
