Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Manager to join our team. As a senior member of our SEO team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing an effective SEO strategy to align with our company's goals. You will be responsible for optimizing our website through both on-page and off-page SEO tactics, conducting technical audits, conducting market and competitor research, and driving organic traffic growth.

Your role will also involve working closely with the team leader and cross-functional departments to ensure our online presence is optimized for search engines. You will collaborate with our editorial and marketing teams to incorporate SEO principles into content creation and programming. Additionally, you will work with our development team to integrate SEO best practices into our code.

You’ll join our Marketing team based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.

About The Role

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to achieve our business goals
• Manage resources and budget effectively to meet SEO targets
• Stay updated on the latest developments in SEO and adapt strategies accordingly
• Conduct market, keyword, and competitor research to identify effective SEO strategies for different products
• Propose improvements in website architecture, content, linking, and other areas to enhance SEO rankings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of SEO best practices
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to infuse SEO principles into content creation
• Collaborate with development team to integrate SEO best practices into newly developed code
• Conduct regular SEO progress reports to senior management
• Motivate and mentor team members to enhance their SEO skills and achieve results
  
  

• At least 4 years of experience in SEO for international markets, particularly the US
• Extensive experience in SEO for SaaS companies
• Demonstrated track record of driving organic traffic growth and improving SEO performance
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content strategy
• Deep knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Analytical and data-driven approach to SEO strategy
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members and collaborate with cross-departmental personnel
• Proficiency in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, etc.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in SEO
• Proven ability to initiate and lead processes within the department and company
• Working experience with large-scale international sites is a plus
• Proficient in English with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development as they relate to SEO - an advantage
