Taboola is seeking an attorney to join our legal department.

We are looking a seasoned attorney to handle the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements with vendors, service providers and other third parties and to establish and monitor compliance processes, while dealing with international advertising law, data privacy, and intellectual property issues that arise (trademark or copyright).

A strong candidate for this position will be a great communicator, able to manage projects independently, attentive to detail, self-motivated, efficient, and a great team player.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Work closely with various teams at Taboola to negotiate and close various commercial agreements with suppliers, service providers and other third parties.
• Keep up-to-date on relevant legal and regulatory developments as they occur and understand their applicability to the company’s activities.
• Monitor and review company policies on a regular basis to ensure that they are in compliance and accurately reflect compliance requirements, industry best practices and company objectives.
• Provide advice and support on a wide variety of general legal matters.
  
  

• 2-4 years of relevant legal experience in a tech company or in the commercial department of a major law firm
• English – Mother tongue level – a must, to successfully communicate with global stakeholders and to draft and comment on international contracts in English
• Experience as a commercial attorney, preferably dealing with commercial agreements of technology companies – a plus!
• Excellent legal research,drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Experience managing projects and working independently
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities
• The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
