Civil Engineer Supervisor

The Civil Engineer (Owner’s Engineer) supports the Senior Civil Engineer through day?to?day site monitoring, inspections, and reporting of EPC civil works at the Dalia II CCPP project.
The role focuses on verification and support, operating under the direction of the Senior Civil Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Monitoring & Inspection
Monitor EPC civil activities including:
excavation and earthworks
piling works
concreting and foundations
drainage, roads, and trenches
Perform site inspections against approved IFC drawings, specifications, and ITPs.
Identify and report deviations, workmanship issues, or non?compliance.
2. Quality Support
Witness inspections as required under the OE role.
Verify readiness of works prior to cover?up.
Support tracking of:
field observations
punch list items
civil NCR inputs (raised via Senior Civil Engineer).
3. Technical Coordination
Support resolution of civil technical issues in coordination with:
Senior Civil Engineer
EPC site engineers
other OE disciplines
Review assigned drawings, method statements, and documentation as directed.
4. Reporting
Provide regular, structured updates to the Senior Civil Engineer on:
progress
site constraints
safety or quality concerns
Maintain site records, inspection notes, and photographic logs.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering specializing in structural
• Registered Israeli civil engineer
• Preferred holding an Israeli civil engineer licenses as structural engineer
• Minimum of 5years in Civil engineering on industrial large-scale projects
• Fluent Hebrew and English
