Role Description

Roamability is seeking a full-time, on-site, Telecom NOC Manager located in Petah Tikva who will be responsible for overseeing the Network Operations Center, ensuring network availability and performance, and leading a team of NOC Engineers to identify issues and provide timely solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in network operations management with experience in telecommunications.
• Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and coach and mentor team members
• Experience with mobile network protocols, SS7, S6A, GTP, TCP/IP, and common network monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk)
• Familiarity with providing support for routing, mobile services and more
• Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
• Must be eligible to work in Israel
