Product & NPI Engineer

Innoviz is looking for an experienced Yield and Product Engineer to join the Operations group and to be responsible for our products transfer to production and silicon engineering activities, for various technologies, including Yield Analysis, Yield improvement, Manufacturing process improvement, Yield tools definition, Failure Analysis processing etc.

Responsibilities:

• Engineering responsibility for NPI and production support, of both opto-mechanical and silicon devices
• Lead the yield improvement activities with the foundries
• Lead the process improvement activities with the foundries
• Analyze electrical behavior of the product
• Manage and perform Failure analysis of the product following manufacturing and from customers (RMA)
• Specify, develop and maintain yield control and enhancement tools
• Track the assembly and test yield across the manufacturing processes in order to improve yield, cost and cycle time
  
  

• BSc in Electrical Engineering or material science or equivalent
• 5+ years as a Product and/or yield engineering of systems and/or semiconductor devices
• Experience in mechanical assemblies
• Familiarity with semiconductors processes
• Experience of working with CM’s
• Experience of working with a semiconductors fab - advantage
• Experience in system level engineering- advantage
• Good communication and team-player skills
• Experience working with/managing subcontractors
• High motivation and Ability to work independently
• knowledge of the automotive industry standards - Advantage
