Head of User Acquisition

A rapidly growing B2C successful startup is looking for an experienced, passionate, and strategic Head of UA to take on the paid media channels, build and develop the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the paid media strategy and collaborate with the different stakeholders across the company to plan and execute the company's campaigns
• Ideate, plan, launch, measure, scale and optimize new markets, funnels and channels
• Set the KPIs and plans to ensure outstanding delivery
• Make sure the team and the company as a whole are at the forefront of UA technologies, strategies, and best practices
• Create a robust measurement and reporting infrastructure for KPI monitoring and decision-making
• Hands-on PPC campaign management
• Hire, onboard, manage and mentor a team of PPC Managers

Job Requirements:

• A professional with vast experience and passion for the User Aquisition field
• 5+ years of experience advertising with Google Ads (Search, Youtube, Display), Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads in global markets
• Experience with managing large budgets (more than $10M per year)
• 1+ years of experience as a team lead
• Familiarity with attribution models, incrementality testing and MMM
• Proven experience in launching and efficiently scaling paid media channels
• Experience in tracking, measurement and reporting infrastructure (e.g. GTM, Data studio, GA4, Mixpanel) - advantage
