Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Very good English proficiency (written and spoken) is essential.

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
