Production Shift Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Production line management during the shift, including HC management, production output management, keeping and maintaining production equipment.
• Lead the entire shift team to provide guidance, priorities and emphases, as well as summarizing events and transferring information.
• Full ownership on the team’s operational excellence including Safety, Quality and Shift operational KPI’s.
• Identifying "bottlenecks" in the production line, routing and assign resources accordingly, to ensure the most efficient flow of the production line. Lead continues improvement and lean management methods.
• Individual and team management to lead long term operational excellence and high motivation.

• Work Experience: 1-2 years of individuals and teams Mgmt.
