Human Resources Operations Specialist

We are looking for a junior HR Operations Specialist to join our HR Operations family!

He/She should be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly HR processes – schedule, policy, reports, communication, etc.
• Focal point with our internal IT department – maintain and develop the HRIS area.
• Focal point with Payroll IL and Int’l – reports, regional alignment, monitoring RSU grants, etc.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of experience in HR Operations or other HR related experience
• BA in Psychology or related social studies from a leading institute (quantitative degree can also match)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to details
• Fluent in English
• Good Excel skills
• Service oriented with can do approach
• Project management skills
• High energy, highly motivated, and self-driven in fast-paced, dynamic environment
