Responsibilities:​

• Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled and success-driven Data Scientists.

- Provide guidance and support in initiating and managing cutting-edge projects from inception to delivery.

- Streamline processes and be responsible for the overall revenue streams of the company.

• Data Strategy and Solutions:

- Plan, prioritize, and build data solutions to support business needs.

- Apply scientific knowledge and creativity to analyze large volumes of diverse data and develop algorithmic solutions and models.

- Identify and propose data science and algorithmic solutions for various product initiatives.

• Communication and Collaboration:

- Utilize excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain technical concepts and analysis implications to senior leaders.

- Influence cross-functional teams and collaborate with other departments (Management, R&D, Product) to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of practical data science experience in big data businesses - MUST
• 2+ years of experience managing a DS team. - MUST
• Strong understanding of statistics and hands-on experience with ML & DL algorithms, SQL, and data visualization tools. -MUST
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in querying large, complex data sets. -MUST
• Self-learner, multi-tasker, able to work independently, highly organized, proactive, and a problem-solver.-MUST
• Master degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or any other quantitative field. - MUST

Advantages:

• Experience working on applied recommendations system solutions.
• Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., DataBricks, Sagemaker).
• Experience with large volume data storage platforms (bigquery, presto).
• Experience with LLM’s and Advanced AI algorithms.
• Big plus if you have experience in implementing real-time machine learning and data mining algorithms in large-scale environments and familiarity with the Ad-Tech industry.
