About The Role
The purpose of the role is to lead field interactions with key customers to achieve market share and sales targets. Accountability for tailor-made tactical plans/solutions, KOLs management and engagement. Achieve the sales targets and work closely with Essential Brand Leads, in order to further enhance above-brand engagement in the field.
Location: field-based position
Territory: whole Israel
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support in developing and customer integrated and territory plans for assigned products in line with Novartis standards and strategy at a National and Global level. Ensure optimization of sales and market share. Provide insights regarding relevant industry trends and competitor activities, as well as growth opportunities.
- Leverage disease and market knowledge to gain customer insights by using appropriate tools and techniques of both the brands and competitors. Translate market intelligence into brand strategies and programs.
- Supervise competitor activities and therapeutic trends closely as well as being able to gauge opportunities in the marketplace. Be well informed about the company and rival products. Complete brand messaging for assigned products.
- Chip in to the mapping of customers, including segmentation and profiling and to provide accurate and timely data for the Novartis CRM system.
- Drive sales on a country level by means of proactive territory and account planning, KOLs management and profound knowledge of the respective therapeutic area. Ensure segmentation and targeting objectives are being met.
- Develop and implement customer-centric and patient-centric programs which build value to key customers and partners to improve Novartis access and sales. Develop, manage and enhance relationships with relevant pool of highly effective core customers and collaborators to further reinforce the image and reputation of Novartis.
- Work cross functionally with all colleagues to increase customer interaction at the local level and share information in a timely manner.
- Develop and manage effective relationships and calling of targeted customers as well as execution of field activities.

Role Requirements
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- Education: Life sciences degree.
- Min 3 years of experience as medical representative or product specialist from the Pharma industry.
- Experience with specialists.
- Proficient Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
- Good understanding of strategic marketing, product commercialization internal and external processes, sales.
- Ability to multi-task and navigate through a broad portfolio of products.
- Oncology, Immunology and biological treatments therapeutic area knowledge.
