• Manage contractor/supplier relationship and scorecard KPI systems to maximize agreed SLAs
• Ensure all soft service PMs and work orders are completed safely on time.
• Ensure all contractors comply and operate in Client/IFM strict EHS culture.
• Manage all critical and non-critical work activities until completion.
• Ensure the work performed safely accordingly to client standards.
• Ensure a culture of continuous improvement in place for all sub-contractors.
• Monitor procurement to ensure compliance with company's procurement and financial directives.
• Manage and deliver on various projects when required.
• Manage the soft service and security services financial budget and maximize its annual efficiency.
• Comply and operate effectively in company Supply Chain program.
• Meet and exceed Client relationship and expectations.
• security services to the description which will be under its responsibility.
• Additional Duties And Responsibilities
• On call duties when required.
• Manage projects when required.

Key Performance Measures

• High quality service levels for the site
• Complete all Soft Service PMs for the site.
• Complete all soft service facility work orders for the site.
• Assist in EHS EMEA program.
• Manage Soft service sub-contractors to gain maximum efficiencies with agreed SLAs.
  
  

Skills

• Extensive Soft service FM experience
• Contract/Asset/Operations management background desirable
• Previous experience of managing people and large contracts.
• IT Skills - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Strong administration, organizational, documentation and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent Client relationship skills
• English - high level both writing and verbal communication
  
  

Competencies

• Ability to work to tight timescales.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills both written and verbal.
• Work closely with Operations and Support Departments to meet the business objectives.
  
  

Experience

• 4 plus years facilities management experience in a high tech/multinational/fast paced setting.
  
  

Qualifications

• Candidate to have a business, facilities management, logistics or technical qualification.
