Pharma Product Specialist

You will work with the Rare Diseases team as a product specialist to present and promote TrueMed’s products.

You will lead the company’s efforts, including promoting innovative therapies for treating Rare & Metabolic Diseases and raising disease awareness. In your role, you will work with multiple specialties to increase disease awareness and adherence to treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Create, implement & monitor a regional tactical plan according to the company’s strategy.
• Ensure an expanded clinical awareness & patient access for improved quality of life in treating rare diseases.
• In-depth understanding of the patient’s journey to educate stakeholders about rare diseases through appropriate patient identification.
• Lead the relationships with multi-disciplinary teams\ centers of excellence.
• Present and promote our products scientifically by providing the latest and most relevant data and information to the right customer at the right time.
• Maintain a deep and current knowledge of the industry, trade association, competitors, and buyer dynamics and focus your effort on customer opportunities and needs.

Requirements:

• BSc degree in life sciences or paramedical degree – must
• At least 3 years of experience working with KOLs & specialists as a Medical Representative - must.
• Experience as a product specialist - advantage
• Experience working in the rare diseases arena – advantage.
• Proven strategic problem-solving ability and high business acumen to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Presentation skills, digital abilities
• Agile in work and ability to learn quickly.
• Driving license – this role requires traveling all over the country.
