Using Computer vision and Deep learning - we extract rich product attributes from your catalogue, analyze shopper’s preferences and provide each shopper with their own optimal digital assortment and your teams with actionable insights that improve customer engagement and retention.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Tel Aviv District, Israel for a Technical Product Lead at Selectika. The Technical Product Lead will be responsible for leading and owning product vision, strategy, design, development, and launch of eCommerce personalization products served by Selectika. While the job is located in Tel Aviv District, some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in the same - MUST
• Experience with Machine learning, Deep Learning, or Computer Vision - MUST
• A minimum of 5 years professional experience in Technical Products, team management, leader, with a focus on eCommerce personalization products - MUST
• Strong technical knowledge and experience of algorithms, data structures, and database design (SQL and noSQL) - MUST
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively lead and communicate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing teams
• Experience with agile development principles and product development methodologies such as SCRUM/Agile, MVP, and Lean
• Mastery of various product management tools such as Asana, or equivalent tools is required
• Experience in drafting and troubleshooting technical documents and product specifications
• Growth mindset and the ability to drive change in a constantly evolving technical environment
