**Position: Full-Time Electronics Team Lead**

**Job Description:**

As a Full-Time Electronics Team Lead at Unlimited-Robotics, you will lead a small team of engineers in the design, development, and optimization of electronic systems for our robotic products. In this role, you will be responsible for designing the system's hardware/PCBs and guiding the electronics team, ensuring project success, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, embedded systems, board design, and leadership experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Team Leadership:**

  - Lead and mentor a team of electronics engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation.

  - Provide technical guidance, support, and feedback to team members.

2. **Board Design:**

  - Lead the design and layout of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for electronic systems.

  - Ensure PCB designs meet performance, size, and manufacturability requirements.

3. **Electronic System Design:**

  - Oversee the development and design of electronic circuits and systems for robotic applications.

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronics seamlessly into robotic platforms.

4. **Embedded Systems Development:**

  - Guide the design and implementation of embedded systems for control and communication in robotic devices.

  - Ensure optimization and troubleshooting of embedded systems for optimal performance and reliability.

5. **Prototyping and Testing:**

  - Oversee the building and testing of prototypes to validate electronic designs.

  - Conduct thorough testing, analysis, and debugging, and guide the team in resolving issues promptly.

6. **Collaboration:**

  - Work closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software developers, and product designers.

  - Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide valuable insights to enhance overall product functionality.

7. **Documentation:**

  - Ensure the creation of comprehensive documentation for electronic designs, schematics, PCB layouts, and test procedures.

  - Drive the team to maintain well-documented work for future reference and collaboration.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in leading electronics teams and managing projects.

- Strong background in designing electronic circuits, embedded systems, and PCBs.

- Proficiency in using CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, Orcad).

- Programming knowledge in languages such as C, C++, or Python for embedded systems.

- Familiarity with robotics and automation principles.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
