Our patented, one-of-a-kind product encapsulates and locks the nutrient and protects it during food processing and storage. The nutrient is preserved in the capsule until the enriched food product is consumed. After ingesting, the product is control-released in the digestive system.

About the job

Nuversys is looking for an experienced analytical chemist to lead our analytical department.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing novel methods for active ingredient isolation and analysis, analytical equipment (HPLC, GC, UV, KF etc.) operation and maintenance. As well as the development of In-vitro release experiments.

Requirements

·       Minimum MSc in a related discipline (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Material Analysis, or related field)  

·       Proven experience in chemical analysis, instrument operation, and method development for HPLC, GC, and UV.

·       Experience in the food/pharma industry – an advantage

·       Hands-on: performing every aspect of the analytical testing

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills

·       Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

·       Free working with scientific literature and documentation in English

·       Fluent in Hebrew, a very good level of English

·       Full Proficiency in Microsoft Office
