Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Area manager. The Area Manager will be responsible for below tasks.

1. Achieve regional business goals by finding, developing prospective clients in the allocated region and strengthen the business
2. Leading a team of marketing responsible for lead generation and conversion & achieving the monthly team target.
3. Responsible for strong regional & market execution to accomplish sales and profit targets and monitoring business results of the area.
4. Devise marketing strategies to achieve the regional sales target.
5. Ideate marketing techniques to gain new clients and maintain the relations by reaching out to them, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.
6. Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met.
7. Effectively manage a team while guiding and leading them to achieve the departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to work handle a team
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience working in the heavy industry sector is a plus
• Fluency in English
