Job Description

As the Team Leader of our Application Security department, you will be the driving force behind our offensive operations, fostering an environment of innovation and technical excellence. 🚀 Your role will be pivotal in developing operational strategies, mentoring the AppSec Penetration Testing (PT) team, and building strong client relationships to enhance their security posture. 🌟

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically guide and advance all facets of offensive application security operations. 📈
• Champion the development and implementation of cutting-edge tools and techniques. 🛠️
• Mentor and direct the PT team, prioritizing knowledge sharing and skill advancement. 👥
• Act as the primary liaison for team members, offering expert guidance and support. 🤝
• Directly engage with clients, comprehensively understanding their needs to provide tailored security solutions. 💼
• Spearhead recruitment, fostering a culture of excellence in cybersecurity talent development. 🌱
• Ensure the highest quality in technical report reviews, adhering to organizational standards. ✅
• Expand the department's scope, identifying and seizing new project opportunities. 🔍

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of vulnerabilities, from exploitation to mitigation. 🔐
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages for building and maintaining attacking tools.
• Proven experience in front-end and back-end development using commonly used frameworks such as NodeJS. 👩‍💻
• Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams. 👨‍💼
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and client interactions. 🗣️
• Proficiency in scoping and leading web application penetration testing projects. 🔍
• Proven track record in recruiting and nurturing top-tier cybersecurity talent. 🚀
• Fluent in English, with exemplary skills in providing constructive feedback on technical reports. 📝

Minimum 2 years of experience in offensive application security, including:

• Mobile Application Penetration Testing (with a deep understanding of Android and iOS security mechanisms and common front/client-side frameworks). 📱
• Web Application Penetration Testing (deep understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, commonly used authorization and authentication mechanisms, and in-depth understanding of front-end and back-end technologies). 🕸
• Penetration Testing of Thick/Thin Applications and IoT Devices. 🖥️
