Project Manager Scrum Master - 4914

For a leading company, a SCRUM MASTER is needed.

Job description:

Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

Coordinate sprints, daily and retrospective meetings

Manage each project's scope and timeline

Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests

Ensure delivery is up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Full responsibility for the internal communication between the teams and the creation of effective collaboration between the various parties

Role requirements:

Proven experience of at least 2 years as Scrum Master/Scrum Project Manager

Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques

Experience in leading agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, pre-planning, planning, retrospectives, demos, etc.

Background with JavaScript (with an emphasis on node.js and react.js) - an advantage

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills
