Graphic Designer

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the company Marketing & User Acquisitions team to optimize the company's lead funnels into highly converting, beautifully designed landing pages and qualification quizzes
• Create visually appealing designs that align with the brand identity and target audience
• Lead development of landing pages, quizzes and website conversion flows
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop Image & Video ads
• Mobile 1st design, while optimizing designs for various platforms and formats
  
  

• 5+ years of experience working in graphic design, preferably in a related industry such as cosmetic, beauty, or aesthetics
• A portfolio including examples of highly converting landing pages, ads, website, animation and digital graphics
• Understanding of the psychology of the target audience and how to create designs that will resonate with them and encourage to take desired actions (e.g., requesting a consultation)
• Someone who is self-motivated and able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Attention to detail is crucial to ensure that all designs are accurate, consistent, and meet the highest quality standards
• Strong early stage startup mentality and work ethics
