Machine Learning Team Lead

Seeking a forward-thinking AI Software Engineer to contribute to a growing start up!

In this role you will join a dynamic R&D team and play a key role in developing innovative solutions for the company's flagship product and upcoming initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, and enhance NLP and Machine Learning-based algorithms.

- Utilize the latest technologies and machine learning to develop our main platforms.

- Manage the full development cycle, including architecture, development, and monitoring.

- Innovate solutions for large-scale data and traffic challenges.

**Requirements:**

- BS, MS, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.

- 5+ years of industry experience, specializing in machine learning techniques such as Deep Learning, regression, and classification models.

- 2+ years of managerial or team lead experience.

- Proficiency in audio analysis and feature extraction techniques, with a proven track record in solving text classification problems and a strong understanding of the language domain.

- Experience in highly scalable & distributed SaaS solutions.

- Proficiency in Python.

- Understanding of linguistics and/or acoustics is a plus.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills.

- High-level interpersonal skills.

- High standards for code quality, testing, and performance.

- Proficient in English.
