We seek an experienced Full Stack Engineer to architect and build the foundation of MNDL Bio’s industry-first gene expression optimization platform. You will own and drive development across the entire technical stack – strategizing infrastructure, rapidly prototyping features, and continuously deploying performance improvements that enable bioengineers to achieve unprecedented R&D efficiency at scale. This high leverage role entails the technical leadership and opportunity to transform solutions fueling synthetic biology’s promised trillion-dollar disruptive economic potential.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own and develop the system, including infrastructure and production-readiness of key features, develop the entire technology stack (backend, frontend, APIs)
• Internal collaborations: work closely with scientists, designers, and product managers to ensure the online platform aligns with MNDL Bio's vision and user needs
• Continuously learn, evolve, and embrace new technologies to keep our platform at the forefront of the bioinformatics landscape.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic background (computer science).
• Multidisciplinary: hands-on expertise in various domains, including backend languages (Python, Node.js), frontend frameworks (React, Angular), cloud platforms, DevOps tools (Terraform, Jenkins), and security best practices.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with a proven track record of building and deploying complex web applications end-to-end.
• Cloud: knowledge of cloud platforms, proficient in infrastructure management and automation tools.
• Security: strong understanding of security best practices
